      Mount

      Attach CAS Vibe to the machine frame, for example with cable ties. No connection to the CAN bus or machine power supply required.

      Recognize

      The sensor translates vibration patterns into off, idle and in use. We tune detection for the machine type and mounting position.

      Connect

      Data travels over the cellular network to your backend. Receive it through a signed webhook or retrieve it via the API.

    JSON messages over HTTPS, with HMAC-SHA256 and a timestamp for verification by your backend.

    We validate detection, battery life and mounting during the pilot. This is not a certified meter for structural or ground vibration.
